Thou Art the Man

Our dishonesty about our true condition will keep up from having real revival. "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." - John 4: 23-24 We would see more of the world evangelized if our light as Christians shone brightly, but in order for our light to be bright, we much be clean. We have not souight God for cleansing because we do not see ourselves as dirty. Seeing ourselves in the light of God's truth is the first step towards personal revival, and personal revival is the first step towards a collective revival. If our churches have a collective revival, we will see more of the world saved and made right with God. America, like Ninevah, will not turn to God, until God's people turn back to Him, as Jonah did. "If my people which are called by my name..."
