No one ever said, “I spent too much time with my kids.” In fact, quite the opposite. Let this be the year you emphasize the importance of intentionally spending quality time and being present with your child(ren). This journal will assist with weekly ideas and encourage insight through thoughtful questions. Pairing an idea with bite-sized examples or explanations keeps the focus on time spent together. Now is the time to practice engaging with presence and growing secure connection with your child(ren). Children are so deserving of our time, acceptance and love.
