The bathroom exhaust fan with light has 5 adjustable color temperatures (2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K /5000K ). Move the toggle switch on the back of the grill to change the color temperature. For dimming, use a dimmer switch to adjust the brightness of the white light. NOTE: Toggle the wall switch on and off within 3 seconds to activate Night Light mode. Two installation options: 1. For New Construction: Attach the fan housing to the ceiling joists if the spacing between joists is under 12 in. (if the spacing between joists is 16 in. - 24 in., it can use suspension brackets.) 2.
