To Look Beyond

This adventure begins with the story of Callen Blackhurst. The son of two teachers at a small magic school where all schools featured either magic or training of elements. Callen comes from a very strong family of both magic and the manipulation of elements but his true backstory comes as the story develops. New family members emerge as enemies and allies alike. There are struggles of the mind as well as magic when Callen’s Grandfather emerges as someone he must reckon with. Beside Callen are always his closest allies in Grace and Peter. Best friend in Peter and growing relationship with Grace. Ties with his friends and family are tested when the true enemy is revealed to them all. A force as strong as their magic and handling of elements emerges as the true enemy against everything on the world’s surface. A being named Fume contains the other half of the world’s power and comes from within the core. He comes with fire and earth to take on water and air. Magic plays the trump card and can lean toward either side. So comes other beings of elements and magic such as the Liches. A Liche can change between all animal forms except their prince who can change to human form. His name is Patch and when his allegiance moves to Callen another ally is discovered. Underground Callen must go and underground is where he finds what a long ago prophesy of three to protect their world will come to light. Battles rage from the surface down to their world’s core. When four gates that were formed long ago by three other protectors fall those on the surface must face what nobody could have imagined. Families unite and beings who have long waited its time finally emerge to fight. This struggle will either ignite the force of good in each or bring out the hate and evil in them all.
