How to Use

Connect the air pump’s gas pipe to the AIR IN port on the air filter. The OUT port leads to the solenoid valve with two copper mufflers.

Plug the included blue gas pipe into the AIR inlet of the sprayer from the solenoid valve. Connect one end of the clear tubing to the check valve on the oil tank, and insert the other end into the OIL suction port of the sprayer.

Use the machine tool's PLC to connect to the solenoid valve coil. The PLC controls the valve: when open, the system sprays; when closed, it stops.

(For proper operation, connect positive and negative signals from the PLC to the solenoid valve coil. Polarity doesn't matter. Ground the single side contact to prevent static.)
