J-HOOKS INCLUDED: Rated at a 1,000 LB weight capacity, this rack comes with J-Hooks included. A clasp and a nylon plastic core on the backside of each J-Hook protects your bar's knurling and your uprights from scratches. PIN AND PIPE SAFETIES: Features durable Pin and Pipe Safeties for safer solo lifting, catching your bar on failed lifts and letting you train without a spotter.
