Operation Method
1: The baffle is opened, the glue is poured into the glue box, so that at least 1/3 of the soft roller is dipped into glue.
2: According to the desired thickness of the material to be turned over, adjust the central axis of the gap between the steel roller and the soft roller.
Clockwise rotate the adjusting knobs to enlarge the gap, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs to reduce the gap.
3: Turn on the power switch.
4: Adjust the glue thickness according to the material and the adhesive requirements, clockwise rotate the two adjusting knobs to thicken the glue. And counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs to thin the glue.
5: Insert the baffle back to the original position.
After all parts are adjusted to be normal, the glue side needs to be placed downwards on the baffle,
the workpiece is pushed gently to pass through the space between the steel roller and the soft roller, and is coated with glue automatically and intermediately, and the sizing process is completed.
