Directions: 

To an 8 oz cup of hot or cold water, add 1 tsp of instant chicory. Stir to dissolve. For a deliciously rich latte, add 1 tsp to an 8 oz cup of milk or your favorite non-dairy milk. Stir to dissolve.  

To make a cappuccino, make a stronger infusion with 1 ½ tsp of chicory and top with hot milk that has been frothed into a velvet foam with a hand-held or electric milk frother.  

 For an iced chicory coffee, dissolve 1 ½ tsp of chicory in cold water. Pour over ice in a tall glass and add milk or sweetener to your preference.
