Plans are nothing, but planning is everything. What gets written down gets done. The data doesn’t lie. This is simply a journal. A 6 month performance journal. A blank journal with some formatting that I’ve been using for years. It covers all of the stuff that I think is important to record and I’ve left ample blank space for you to add your stuff. There is no programming, no exercise science, and just a few performance protocols drawn from my other works. This is more for me than it is for you. It’s actually cheaper (and way easier) to have a book printed and bound than it is for me to print these individually and put them in a binder for personal use. So that’s what I did. And enough guys have asked me about how I journal that I thought I’d just make these available for you. So that’s what I did. I included some examples of what a filled in daily and weekly entry might look like as way of explanation. And I’ve included some handy charts for making common fitness calculations. Simple, but not easy.
