Becoming Moo Cow
This is based on a true story about a Scottish Highlander calf that was born and rejected by her mother. The family of Farmer Mike rescued her and bottle-fed her in their heated garage until spring. She was then put out to pasture with the other herd only to be treated so terribly. They wouldn't let her eat or even stand by them. Moo Cow had to endure many hard times, including being so sad that Farmer Mike had to lay with her in the stall and give her all the love and attention she needed to get better. Moo Cow regained her health and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy calf, River. She gave him all the love and attention she needed as a calf and River returned the love right back to her.
