The Firebrand II toes the line between beefy boot and lightweight hiking shoe. A rubber toe cap protects against scuffs and scrapes, while a waterproof insert shields against any rain your feet might encounter on the trail. The Firebrand II features Oboz's Sawtooth sole, which extends the lugs of the sole up around the sides of the shoe to offer additional traction when traversing side-sloping and deeply rutted trails. A nylon shank in the dual-density midsole adds stability when hiking across scree fields, and the BFit Deluxe insole offers a comfortable and supportive fit right out of the box.
