Prepare Your Grinder: Remove the original hopper and clean out all old beans and grounds. We recommend using a vacuum cleaner to ensure the grinder inlet is completely free of debris.
Insert the Hopper: Press the hopper into the grinder inlet as far as possible. Be sure to check that the screw on the grinder inlet is loose and the accent sleeve is slid up the hopper before inserting the hopper.
Tighten the Screw: Use a phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screw and secure the hopper and ensure it doesn't wobble. Please note that the screw may marr/dent the hopper. This is normal as the screw bites into the aluminum to secure the hopper.
Position the Accent Sleeve: Slide the accent sleeve down until it is flush with your grinder top plate. Proudly display the ARO Espresso logo for a bold, branded look, or rotate it to hide the logo for a more minimalist appearance.

If you're installing the single dose hopper with our ARO Espresso Grinder Setting Dial for Eureka Mignon, the steps above are the same. To tighten the screw, ensure the accent sleeve on the hopper is slid up the hopper and lift the dial to access the screw. Once tight, press the dial back into place and slide the sleeve down to rest on the dial.

To remove the hopper, simply lift the sleeve, loosen the screw, and pull the hopper upwards out of your grinder.

Usage Instructions

Load the Beans: Weigh out your preferred dose and pour your beans into the hopper. Tip: the silicone bellows can be used for easy measurement and transfer of your beans!
Set the Bellows: Place the silicone bellows on top of the hopper. Grind: Press the grinder trigger to start grinding.
Purge the Grinder: Once grinding is complete, pump the silicone bellows to purge the grinder. This works best while the grinder is spinning; restart the grinder if needed or adjust the grind time to ensure all beans are ground and there is extra time to purge the grinder. Don't be afraid to give it some aggressive pumps and be sure to use the palm of your hand to compress the entire bellows.
