The default mounting height for the lathe burnishing tool is 25mm (1 inch). You can mill the tool shank to an appropriate height to achieve the optimal clamping condition for your tool holder.

Note

1. When using a Lathe Burnishing Tool, it is recommended that the previous process be machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2 or better. The better the quality of the surface roughness before polishing, the better the results.

2. A Lathe Burnishing Tool cannot be used as a finishing cutting tool. It does not produce chips and has minimal impact on dimensions.

3.Suitable for machining various common steel workpieces, quenched and tempered workpieces, copper. It is less suitable for machining acrylic, plastic materials.
