NOTE: Please ensure you use the VESA screws that came along with your computer monitor or TV as this product does not include all screw sizes. Ergonomic Viewing Height: Premium mechanical spring monitor arm assists height adjustment from 8.5" to 19.9" (215mm to 505mm).
