1. Before using this product, please fix the iron frame base with nuts, then adjust the position of the iron frame and iron clamp, and connect the distillation flask and condenser tube.

2. Position the sink higher than the plane of the condenser tube, then inject about 30 ml of water into the condenser tube from the inlet tube with a syringe.

3. Connect the latex tube conduit and loosen the outlet latex tube stopper clip, water will flow out automatically (siphon phenomenon principle).

4. Please note that the position of the mercury ball in the thermometer should be at the same level as the bottom of the nozzle and the liquid in the distillation flask should not exceed 2/3 volume or be less than 1/3 volume.

5. The heating temperature should not exceed the boiling point of the highest substance in the mixture.

6. Put a small number of broken porcelain tiles in the distillation flask to prevent the liquid from boiling.

7. The position of the mercury ball of the thermometer should be located in the same horizontal line as the lower end of the branch pipe mouth.

8. The cooling water in the condenser pipe enters from the lower port and exits from the upper port.
