1. Place the pump on the bottle and turn the dispenser clockwise to unlock.

2. Depress the pump until the Balloon Treatment comes out.

3. Slide the balloon opening over the pump outlet nozzle as far as it will go to inject Balloon Treatment deep inside the body of the balloon, and then pump several times depend on your balloon size.

4. Make sure the pump returns to the full upright position after each stroke.

5. Pinch the neck of the balloon as you remove it to clean Balloon Treatment off the nozzle and keep it out of the neck of the balloon.

6. Rub the balloon for a few seconds to spread the Balloon Treatment over the inside surface.

7. Inflate the balloon with helium until it is slightly pear shaped. If the balloon does not float initially, add some more helium.
