This Yealink EHS60 adapter is compatible ONLY with Yealink WH62 and WH63 wireless headsets (with the WH62/WH63 headset base).
It is NOT compatible with Poly headsets (Voyager, Savi, Blackwire), Jabra, Plantronics, or any other headset brand.
If you have a Poly headset (Voyager/Savi/Blackwire), this is NOT the right adapter.
“Poly compatible” means compatible with Poly/Polycom VVX desk phones — NOT compatible with Poly headsets.

What this adapter does
The Yealink EHS60 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter is compatible with Yealink WH62/WH63 headset base systems and enables remote call control with compatible desk phones so you can control calls from your headset: answer/end, hold, mute, and volume. Incoming calls can ring in your headset so you don’t miss calls away from the desk.

Not compatible with any other Yealink headset models (unless explicitly listed).
Not compatible with Poly/Jabra/Plantronics headsets.
