The most important things - How-to-season?
Step1 : Wash the iron wok pan with hot water and dry it on a low fire.
Step2 : Buy a piece of raw fat pork, put into the wok, wipes it till the oil covers the whole wok.
Step3 : Pour out the lard, wash the Chinese wok with hot water and repeat the step 2&3.
Step4 : Till the pork no longer turns black, wash and dry the pan with a small fire, and then apply oil to finish.
