How to Replace

Firstly, switch off the power to the air conditioner.

Second, remove the AC capacitor.

Finally, make sure you know which wire goes to which terminal - direct replacement without changing wires or adapters, 

and verify the proper capacitance (µF or MFD) and voltage.

Note:

1.Round capacitors can be used in place of oval capacitors if they have the same MFD and voltage specifications.

2. A 440-volt capacitor can be used in place of a 370-volt capacitor because the 370-volt capacitor is better constructed, 

but a 370-volt capacitor cannot be used in place of a 440-volt capacitor.
