The color you choose will be the color of the decal, so disregard the color of the wax backing. A white decal looks best on a dark or black background (such as a tinted car window). They are meticulously crafted using name-brand, high-quality Oracal 651 vinyl that has an outdoor rating of 6+ years. Only the highest quality Medium-tack transfer tape is used to find a balance between grabbing the decal from the wax paper and releasing the decal on the desired surface.
