INSTALLATION STEPS
1. Distinguish "L" and "R”and take the thread adapter screw to the crank tightly.
2. Push the adapter towards crank side,Put pedal body insert to adapter.
3. Release the adapter.

REMOVAL STEPS

2. Push the adapter towards crank side.
3. Put pedal body out of the adapter.
