【Introduction】The filament extruding machine contains 3 systems which is pressing system, driving system and heating and cooling system. Through heating and pressing, raw plastic material was extruded in the shape of filament. It is mainly used for PEEK, PCL, ABS, PLA, PETG, TPU,TPE and other common 3D printing consumables. This main plastic extruding machine can be used with other auxiliary machines to make various plastic products. 【Wear Resistant Pressing system】The main parts of the ABS filament pressing system is hopper, screw rod, screw cylinder and dies. Single screw rod is included. The screw rod is made of nitrogen steel which is wear resistant. Its diameter is 1inch and LD is 16:1. The screw cylinder is made of nitrogen steel, which is high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and wear resistant. 【Customizable Die】The die is made of nitrogen steel which is wear resistant. The diameter of the extruded plastic line is 0.1inch(2.8mm). Dies of different sizes or shapes can be customized. 【0.22-11lbs/h】A 400W motor is included to provide power to the screw rod during extrusion. The extrusion speed is adjustable by a speed controller. The maximum output capacity is 0.22-11lbs/h. 【Adjustable Heating and Cooling Temperature】The heating system is used for melting plastic material. The heating power is 800W. The max. temperature is 500°F. The cooling system is used for cooling in the process of pressing to avoid the plastic melting by the high temperature produced by friction from rotation of screw rod.
