【What is M35 Cobalt?】
The addition of 5% cobalt increases drill bit’s heat and wear resistance, which makes it perfectly suitable for Stainless Steel and Cast Iron. M35 Cobalt steel drill bits can penetrate a 5mm-thick 304 stainless steel plate in few seconds.
Instuctions for use:
1.Keep the drill bits vertical to the object when drilling, Be sure to make both bit and work piece stable. Tilted bit is prone to break during drilling.
2.Be careful when you use an electric drill.Please start from the lowest RPM and pressure.
3.Drilling metal will accumulate an amount of heat. Necessary to use cooling liquid during drilling to keep the bit cool. Both ok to use lubricant oil and to pour water.
4.It's highly recommended that you use a drill press to drill thick metals.
5.Always wear safety goggles and safety items, because it's safe for you.
