This is one of our new, patented GEN 2 fixtures; the GEN 2 Reptile 34" T5HO UVB 39W + Double GU10 Basking Light Fixture. This fixture is designed for screen undermount inside our 36” long terrariums. Includes one Reptile Lighting 10.0 UVB T5HO 39W 34” Fluorescent Tube. Includes two of our Reptile Basking Heat Lamps, Halogen 75w GU10. Dimmer control of heat output from Basking Assembly for basking spot surface temperature. UVB 100% coverage of the basking spot; as the heat lamp enclosures straddle the UVB fixture body. Adjustable location of the basking spot. Just re-position Basking Assembly’s center 2” to 12” from the end of the UVB reflector. Normal position is at 7” to center. More efficient and effective, no top of terrarium clutter. Improved effectiveness is achieved by being able to mount under your cage’s top screen mesh. Note that changing basking spot location can influence the temperature gradient inside the terrarium. Heat lamp enclosures of the GU10 Basking Assembly feature hinged screen mesh covers that protect reptiles from touching heat lamp surfaces. Power cord (with on/off switch) & specially designed right angle fixture plug allows fixture to screen undermount inside our 36” long terrariums.
