Our flat top bollard cover has an inside diameter of 5". It is designed to easily fit over a 4" steel pipe with an outside diameter of 4 1/2", a circumference of 14"-15", and a height of 58". Ideal Shield Bollard Covers are maintenance-free, so you never have to paint again. Each flat top bollard cover has two grooves near the top for placement of the included reflective tape. Installation is easy with our patented installation tape. You will be done in seconds without the need for messy adhesives. Made in the USA.
