Easy to operate and enjoy delicious food with ease
1. Wash the pig head and remove the fuzz.
2. Put the pork into a pot, add water over the pork, add salt, soy sauce, star anise cinnamon and other seasonings, and cook until the pork head is soft, tender, and boneless, and the gelatinous substance comes out.
3. Cut the cooked pig head meat while it is hot, leaving a few pieces to be left uncut (on the top and bottom surfaces). Cut the rest of the meat into small pieces.
4. Place the meat pressing mold on the soup tray, spread the gauze flat at the bottom of the meat pressing mold, place the pig skin on the upper and lower surfaces of the mold, and put the chopped meat in the middle. Then pour some soup and cover the gauze.
5. Place the pressure plate into the mold, twist the screw pressure device, and tighten it.
