Instruction
1. Press the narrow end of the tube into the center of the spin float to release the tube by using a hard surface like a tabletop
2. You can now add water or other desired into the tube.
3. Seal the tube by pushing the narrow end back through the hole in the float, tightening the seal.

NOTE:If you find that the bait is not staying at the desired depth, you can adjust the fishing weight or move the position of the float to change the sinking depth of the bait.
