Mounting type: Aquarium Occasion type: Housewarming Recommended uses for product: Aquarium The Neon Green Cabbage leather is called as its growth pattern that remind of a cabbage leaf. Also, call it cactus coral. This coral has very bright green color body, and under actinic lights it turns vivid blue/green mix corols. Sinularia are a variety of finger leather corals that are known to form large branching stalks. Some varieties of Sinularia however form cabbage-like shapes. While most Sinularia are a tan color, it has some amazing specimens that are green. They are a good choice for beginners as they are very hardy and adapt to most tank conditions without much difficulty. Medium lighting would suffice. Sinularia does not change color much but the coral tends to extend better in moderate light as compared to intense light. Strong water movement is recommended. Sinularia relies heavily on the products of their zooxanthellae but also may feed on phytoplankton and similarly sized microfauna in the water column.
