Our 4' x 15" Bolt-On 3-Rib Guard Rails of Safety Yellow is a great protective barrier in industrial settings. It safeguards warehouse facilities, office walkaways, conveyors, and electric equipment from potential damage due to industrial vehicles. It reduces the risk of injuries and accidents by resisting impacts. Our guard rail has a bolt-on style that offers a permanent mounting application to the rail posts (sold separately). • Design & Measurement: The curated size of our safety guard rail is 4 feet (length) and 15 inches (height), including 3 ribs. The ribs in the design refer to the corrugations along its length, which is specifically for structural integrity and impact resistance. It can be used in indoor and outdoor environments both.
• Sturdy Material: To ensure superior protection against impact, we have engineered our rail from durable steel. These are also powder-coated with OSHA safety yellow for better visibility even from a distance. It adds strength to the rail construction while protecting it from corrosion and changing weather conditions. Additionally, the material and design can withstand up to 12,000 lbs weight at an impact rating of 4 mph. These are not UV-resistant.
• Bolt-On Installation: You have to bolt-on (includes pre-drilled holes) these drop-in-style rails on the posts (separately), ensuring secure positioning. The bolt-on mounting makes assembling easy and installation permanent. To create a protective barrier with one rail, you need two rail posts and basic hand tools. Slide the rail sections into the post saddles, keeping the important areas protected. It includes necessary hardware like six bolts, flat washers, and spring lock washers each.
• Wide Applications: As mentioned above these 3-rib guard rails are compatible with indoor and outdoor settings. You can easily install these in a warehouse for aisle, corners, and equipment protection. Also, you can use them to delineate safe pathways, preventing unauthorized access. However, these are ideally installed along the conveyor lines or around machinery, creating a barrier between personnel and potentially hazardous equipment.
