Cold compress: Place in a freezer bag and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Hyperthermia: Remove from any plastic bag. Make sure it's room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; If more heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments.

Directions: Gently pull on hand and hold for about 15 minutes.

Wash: Hand wash with wet towel. Don't dive into the water. Air dry, do not machine wash.

Note: If gel comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the crystals become visible, throw them away and do not apply to the skin.
