When used as directed, they greatly increase the efficiency and intensity of your workout, all without even touching the pins or weight stack! They provide a method for the trainee to continue unassisted for more advanced, weight-descending multiset training techniques, commonly referred to as Drop Sets. These pins eliminate the delays common with repositioning weight selections and user positions on weight stack equipment. When a decrease of resistance is needed to continue the drop set, simply lower weight to resting position, allow the Drop Set Pin to automatically disengage, and continue with your lower pre-set weight selection(s). Before ordering, please be sure to check equipment compatibility! This product must be used with a standard weight stack equipment that does not contain enclosed weight stacks with guards! The weight stack must accept selector pins that are 4" long and 5/16" diameter. Ensure that the weight stack holes accept this device by measuring the default weight stack pin.
