While this training package is written primarily for church leaders, the basic Biblical principles apply in all arenas of spiritual leadership - parenting, friendship, small group leadership, coaching - and in the market place. The principles in this book are based on those in They Smell Like Sheep , but the training goes beyond the book, turning those principles into practical skills that will apply in daily life.
