M365/Pro Dashboard Installation Common Troubleshooting

Before disassembling the original instrument panel (circuit board of your scooter), ensure the battery charging, instrument panel, and riding are all functioning properly. If any issues are found, refrain from installing the new instrument panel and contact Xiaomi's local sales team for assistance.

Keep your old board connected, pair with your scooter on the phone (ensure you're in the United States mode), log in to the Mi Home App, go to Mi Home App Settings, check for firmware updates, and make sure the firmware is the latest version (minimum version 1.5.4 or higher).

After updating the old board firmware, replace it with the new circuit board.

With the new board installed, switch your profile to China Mainland, re-pair the scooter as a Pro version, and execute the firmware update. Finish.

Board Installation

a. Remove the stock display covers (both the top and bottom units). Remove the screw at the bottom of the panel.

b. Install the connector and check if the screen lights up and works properly.

c. Install the new display in the card slot with double-sided tape.
