The command of the Buddha for me to share my spiritual journey of 30,000 hours of Vipassana Meditation is to help unveil the black cloth that is concealing Humans wisdom and impeding the Awakening from ignorance that harms every aspects of life. Whether it be mental or physical health, this ignorance leads to a shift from living in peace to living in chaos, from living in truth to living in delusion and from cherishing the only planet we have to destruction of our Mother Earth. I do believe that the Ultimate Truth at the energy level from my Spiritual Wisdom can illuminate another aspect of life and elevate your consciousness for the purpose of achieving life harmony and longevity. Most importantly, it will help the reader to realize the Power of the Mind Energy, and energy often disregarded as though it don't exist. The world tends to respect various fields of science. But when someone talks about spirituality, they turn away, dismissed as something nonsensical, spiritual and mysterious. What I reveal is beyond there preconceptions. Through and explanation roots in physics, you will find that the Mind Energy is truly the fundamental essence of life. Due to the power of the Dark Force, Humans shun this profound knowledge. When judgment is based on ignorance, it makes Humans and the world regress to the lowest point in morality, society, mind, and climate. We are all battered and consumed by utter madness. It is time for us to break free from the darkness and step into the light, if each of us can know our true selves, the wisdom within will guide Humans out of this darkness. I discovered the ultimate knowledge of Humans from practicing Techo Vipassana, a unique technique of Vipassana meditation, where the principle teaching is from the Buddha. It is a life-sacrificing journey to reach this level of the Truth. If the reader can set aside the conventional knowledge for a while and come along with each letter in the story which I have wholeheartedly written, I believe you will find something greater than merely reading another inspirational book.
