This Round Flax Pillow is filled with food-grade flax seeds and an herbal blend of anise, clove, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon balm, peppermint, rosemary, spearmint that helps ease congestion. To clean, remove cover, wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Do not expose the inner pillow to moisture. For warm therapy, place pillow on a clean plate and position so it can rotate freely. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Re-warm at 15-second intervals. Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from the microwave. Not for use in a conventional or toaster oven. For cold therapy, place in a sealed plastic bag and store 2+ hours in the freezer. Always test hot/cold temperature of the pillow before applying to the skin.
