Hounded: A Love Story
In the prime of his life, writer-on-the rise, Felix Fabler starts to have panic attacks, alone and in public, severe and embarrassing. They take over his life, and he retreats into the safety of his home, en route to becoming a full-blown agoraphobic. He can only watch as his career and social life vanish. A concerned relative gives him a shelter dog, Darth, who promptly lays waste to Felix’s well-ordered home. Felix is about to send Darth back to the shelter when the dog talks, begging Felix not to send him back. Whether or not the dog actually talks or is just a figment of Felix’s overactive imagination, they launch into a relationship in which the dog tries to drag his master, kicking and screaming, back into the world.
