How to use:

1. This product is heated or put in the refrigerator.Cold Therapy:For best results, we recommend freezing them for at least hours or more before using. 
2. Each gel pack provides 15-20 minutes of cold therapy relief.Heat Therapy: Make sure to cover the packs with a wet towel or put it in water and then heat it in the microwave. 
3. Start out by heating for 20-second intervals with intermediate fire until the pack reaches the desired temperature. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the pack to even out the heat.
