Bruce Lee, a well-respected martial artist, studied many different types of martial arts before creating his own form of martial arts called Jeet Kune Do. While the Holistic Acting Technique takes a page out of Bruce Lee's philosophy, it is not a substitute for other acting techniques nor is it meant to be a cliff notes version of each technique (ahem, sorry no cutting corners).
