This 306/307 406/407 Canister Filter Monthly Maintenance Kit Bundle includes FOUR items: Inland Seas Super Lube Silicone Lube, 1cc; Fluval 306/307/406/407 Filter Replacement Quick-Clear Water Polishing Pad, 6-Pack (Fluval A244); and Fluval Carbon, 3 X 100 Gram Packs (Fluval A1440). Fluval recommends you replace your Quick-Clear Water Polishing Pad & Carbon every month. We include six of the Quick-Clear and three of the Carbon (enough for three changes). They also recommend you clean and lubricate the Motor Head Gasket. The Inland Seas Super Lube Silicone Lube, 1cc, is the perfect lubricant for the Gasket. There is enough Lube for three months. These thick, ultra-fine polyester water polishing pads effectively trap micro particles and debris, leaving your aquarium crystal clear. They are so fine that they can’t be washed clean. Fluval recommends you replace them every month. THREE are included. Fluval Carbon is a premium, low-ash and highly porous carbon that is highly effective at removing heavy metals, odors, discolorations, organic contaminants and pollutants from aquarium water.
