Within the twenty-four years of my practice I have called upon hundreds of journals to hold my secrets. Each one contained bits and pieces of the knowledge I had acquired. Each one being special in its own way. Then one day a friend gave me this particular notebook. I was maybe eighteen or nineteen years old. It lacked the ornate filigree and brass fixtures I had wish my spell book would have. I discovered that without the weight of guilt for tarnishing its pages, I was able to hold onto it for decades. I called upon it constantly to remember archaic phrases or fading dreams. If there was a time where I came upon something during my studies and it spoke to me, I wrote it in this notebook. I must say, I am bright but not smart. As this journal stands to demonstrate, life is about learning; magic, just the same. This book demonstrates a life spent learning. This is a book of parts, it is up to the practitioner to assemble them into something wonderful.
