This natural gas control valve and gas tube assembly is specifically designed as a replacement part for Outland Living Firebowl 780&864 NGCK series manual gas valves. Important Compatibility Note: Only compatible with older Outland Living Firebowl Mega 885 models (manufactured before 2020) and some manual ignition models.Does NOT fit Outland 883 Mega models The 1/2 PSI (65mbar) gas control valve features a 5/8”-18 UNF male gas flare inlet connector, with an outlet orifice size of 3.2mm (supporting 58000 BTU), and is suitable for natural gas use. To prevent issues such as insufficient flame, yellow flame, or backfire, we include multiple gas burner nozzles with different orifice sizes: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.10mm, 1.20mm, along with a grill control knob for easy operation The control valve is equipped with a 22-inch (56mm) diameter D-shaped protruding valve stem, with an inner shaft diameter of 8.0mm x 6.4mm. Crafted from high-quality plastic with a sleek, shiny chrome-plated finish, the control knob features a non-slip silicone ring in the middle—soft to the touch and easy to grip, ensuring convenient flame adjustment This replacement part is suitable for gas grill burner valves and can also fit kitchen appliances that combine an oven and stovetop. It supports a maximum natural gas BTU of 58000, with a flame control range from OFF (0 degrees) to Min (90 degrees) to Max (180 degrees). The base tube assembly has a diameter of 16mm, and you can replace it with longer fittings to meet your specific installation needs The additional valve nozzles (LPG orifice: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm) allow you to adjust the gas flow rate of the burner valve. You can change the nozzle aperture according to the size of your burner area for optimal performance If switching to LPG (propane) use, please replace the orifice size on the gas valve according to the following BTU specifications.
