ENTRANCE FUNCTION: Latchbolt retracted by either side of the door levers unless outside is locked by 20° rotation of thumbturn. When door is locked, inside lever or outside keys can retract dead bolt and latchbolt simultaneously and rotation of thumbturn or keys operat deadbolt. When deadbolt is throwing, the outside lever will be locked automatically. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed and the inside lever can be opened at any time for emergency egress. HIGH-QUALITY: Our commercial and residential door locks are offered in Satin chrome and aluminum finish (32D finish). Designed for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35mm to 44mm) doors, they fit 1-1/2" to 2" thick doors and come standard with a 2-3/4" backset.
