Installation Attention

1.The installation foundation of the machine body must be firm and flat to prevent the machine body from being broken due to uneven stress.　

2.Before commissioning, check whether the fastening screws are tightened and whether the pulley is flexible to be turned by hand. If any abnormality is found, the commissioning can only be carried out after troubleshooting.

3.Before the test run, the no-load test run must be carried out. During the idle test, turn the small hand wheel to check whether the regulating mechanism is flexible. It can only be used if there is no abnormality after half an hour of no-load.　

4.The hardness of the broken material should not exceed the medium hardness to avoid accelerating the damage of the parts and reducing the service life.

5.For the convenience of discharging, the installation height of the whole machine can be properly raised during installation.
