Select a rod of the desired shape, apply glue to the inside of the rod, and fix it on the eye. 4. Fix the eyelashes to the rod using glue. 5. Apply No. 1 to the eyebrows fixed on the rod using a micro cotton swab and hold for 10 to 15 minutes. (Be careful not to get it in your eyes.) 6. When wiping off No. 1 agent after time has elapsed, use a remover or wet tissue to wipe it from the inside to the outside so that it does not go into the inner eye. 7.
