1.The earplugs sound blocking sleeping only block unwanted noise,protect you in comfort voice ,not cancel all voice to 0 dB.

2.Some situations require a noise reduction of more than 33dB, such as shooting in shooting range. In the case, stronger hearing protection is a must.  noise cancelling ear plugs are also not suitable for swimming as we can't ensure the seal will keep all water out.

3.EAR PLUGS are 100% reusable and washable. Simply use soap and warm water or rubbing alcohol to clean the earplug. It is recommended to clean it once every week.
