• Before exfoliating, make sure to softeing your skin for 5 minutes. This can be done by either taking a warm bath or shower. Do not apply any soap or lotion at this point.
• Put on the glove without any soap or lotion, and dampen it then squeeze out excess water.
• Gently rub your skin in straight line motion.
• Rinse up and follow your normal bath or shower routine to apply soap and lotion..
