How do you become a leader? What could you expect a leader to do? Should they be held responsible when things go wrong? What is leadership? When we think of leadership, we often think of others and their responsibilities. This book is about reflecting and recognizing that you are called to lead. If something needs to change for the better, you are part of the solution. Does this book present secular (ie not referencing religion) concepts of leadership? Yes. Does this book also share insights and experiences about God and his vision of leadership? Yes. The human person is religious (transcendent and spiritual) by nature. We need to know the ‘why’ of life and the purpose of our leadership. This is beyond empirical science which only deals with material processes but cannot give us insights into our transcendent nature and purpose. In this book, I hope to unify the best of secular, human wisdom, and the insights from the Judeo-Christian tradition.
