The 3LT QR7 quick release plate offers extra value as it has a strap loop that allows the attachment of a wrist strap or other carrying straps without the need to remove the quick release plate. A slotted threaded hole is used for optimal positioning of the camera. Two locking screws on the bottom of the quick release plate serve as protection against slipping out when opening the clamping mechanism of the quick release base. Large rubber inserts protect the mounted camera from scratches and effectively prevent the camera from twisting. Furthermore, the quick release plate features the well-known Arca-compatible dovetail design for use with other manufacturers' tripod heads.
