This resin-rich formula epoxy mortar is highly impact and abrasion resistant, with the highest compression strength of our mortars (See Specification Sheet for details). Ideal for loading docks, traffic aisles and machining areas, as it stands up to heavy traffic from steel wheels and forklifts. At 70 degrees F Pot life of 30-40 minutes; May be recoated in 7-8 hours; Light foot traffic in 14-16 hours; Full cure (heavy traffic) in 2-7 days. QuestMark 2110 High Traffic Epoxy Concrete Floor Patch is a 3 component, 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for applications where excellent wear characteristics and strength are required. The resin rich formula has the highest compressive strength of our mortars. It stands up to heavy traffic from steel wheels and forklifts, so it's great for plant production areas and aisles. It does not require a primer or topcoat to be used. The product contains no VOC content. Available in 2 sizes and 6 colors.Directions for Use:Clean repair area by removing all dirt, oil, dust or other debris.Ensure floor is dry prior to application.Mix Parts A and B together in an over-sized container until streak free.Add sand mixture and stir to a mortar consistency.Trowel on mixture at 1/8” to 1/4" thickness using a hand trowel or other suitable equipment.For cleanup, use xylol or similar product.See Technical Data Sheet for cure schedule.
