Use tips:
1.Remove warmer from outer package
2.Peel off paper backing from warmer and attach it to your socks
3.Warmer reaches full heat in 15-30 minutes
4.If heat decreases, expose warmer to air, it will heat up again.
6.Carefully peel off warmer from socks when not in use
7.Dispose when packet no longer heats up.
Tip: Packet may puff up a little bit during heating, best worn with shoes that aren’t overly tight.
